The first thing you will need to do is find or take some high quality, clear photographs of your pet. Its helpful to see a range of different photographs of your pet before I begin, but I will usually work mostly from one. Try to choose photographs that capture your pet’s personality and character well. Outdoor photo's taken in natural light work best. Try to take one that captures your pets eyes.
Digital photographs should ideally be 1MB and show detail really clearly, or else I will not be able to work accurately from them. The better the photos, the better the portrait!
